Special monitoring mission of OSCE recorded a significant deterioration of the situation in the Donbass. This is stated in the mission report for 29 February.
According to the report, on 28 February during his stay in the capital of the Donetsk national Republic, the observers recorded 95 explosions, to the West of their location. The next day, during your stay at the Central railway station of Donetsk, there were 174 of the explosion.
Also representatives of OSCE recorded hundreds of shots of small arms, light and heavy machine guns, 30 mm guns and automatic grenade launchers. It was fired at a distance from 500 m to 10 km South, West, South-West, North, North-East and North-West from the seat of the observer.
In addition, on 28-29 February during the stay in government-controlled Svitlodarsk Ukraine, OSCE observers have recorded 54 unspecified explosion and 50 single shots from small arms at a distance of 4 km South-East of their positions.
In turn, the Deputy corps commander of Ministry of defence of the Republic Eduard Bacurin stated that representatives of the Ukrainian side in the Joint center control and coordination of ceasefire regime by the OSCE provide false information about the increase in the number of attacks from the DNR.
