The creators of messenger have accumulated claims to Apple.
The messenger Telegram filed for the American company Apple’s formal antitrust complaint to the European Commission over possible violations in the work of the App Store (app store).
So, the complaint is that Apple needs to allow users to download apps from the App Store. In addition, according to the publication, in June, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, Margrethe Vestager announced two antitrust investigations against Apple, one of which concerned App Store, and another Apple Pay (payment system, which allows you to make payments in stores by using mobile phone Apple to the terminal — Ed.)
Earlier we wrote that the Creator of Telegram, Pavel Durov, once again criticized Apple over the 30% Commission that the company charges developers for the placement of apps in its App store. According to the businessman, it negatively affects not only the market of digital services, but also hits the pocket of ordinary users.
