The consulting company Kantar has published a list of the 100 most valuable brands in the world in 2020 (2020 BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Brands). Of course, it was a place and car brands.
So, in the first place is Toyota – it took 48th position in the General ranking as the most valuable automotive brand in the world. And this despite the fact that the value of the company fell by 3% compared to the year 2019.
The second car brand that managed to enter TOP 100 global brands is Mercedes-Benz, he was ranked 56-th place in the list. The German automaker has lost 9% of its value compared to last year.
The third and final brand of vehicles, which was included in the TOP 100 (61 th place), also from Germany, is BMW. “The Bavarians” lost 12% of its value compared to the 2019 year.
As for purely automotive brands, on the 4th place of most expensive car brands in the world is Tesla, the fifth – Ford, and the sixth – Honda.
Nissan in seventh place, Audi – eighth, Volkswagen – on the ninth and last in the TOP 10 – Porsche.
All these car brands have lost some of its value in the past year, the only exception was the Tesla – it costs increased by 22% compared to the year 2019.
