This morning watched a program on the channel “Food” and so I liked this recipe, I decided today to direct and do. Did. I liked it. Simple, quick and tasty.
I can not share with you, my best girlfriend and my friends!))) So, we need:
Beef – 300 g
Onions – 2 PCs
Garlic – 5 cloves+1
Soy sauce – 100 ml
Rice vinegar – 100 ml
Starch – 30 g
celery (I substituted for asparagus)
Szechuan pepper (I don’t have, replaced by black)
It seems everything.
Cut the meat into pieces, both on ABC. Put in a bowl and pour rice vinegar and soy sauce. Add a clove of garlic and black pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. And chop the onion half-rings, small 5 cloves of garlic,
celery (asparagus), paprika and chilli peppers (remove seeds).
Meat spread on a pan with sesame oil (in principle any) and quickly fry them. Put in a bowl and in same pan fry onion with garlic, then add bell pepper and chili pepper, thyme and marjoram. Simmer 5 minutes and add the meat, a little water and stirred in cold water starch. Simmer for another 10-15 minutes. All. The dish is ready.
Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and Basil. I did not.
On the side I made a potato in the muffins cups. Take 2 large potatoes and cut into thin slices. Add to the potatoes the cheese (25g), thyme, garlic (1 clove), butter melted. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir. Molds lubricated with oil and put them in the potatoes. Bake at 190 gr 55 minutes.
