Is the reduction of employees starvation wages — enthusiasts who have dedicated their lives to the beloved, will help the city budget? Why not reduce the staff of officials, whose salaries significantly exceed the earnings of people working in the field of culture?” — outraged the head of the STD.
According to him, he complaints call colleagues from St. Petersburg and other cities, and the theatre community is outraged. The status of the cultural capital of Russia, therefore, under threat, said Kalyagin.
Earlier, the Governor Alexander Beglov urged to reduce the proportion of administration staff to save budget money.
