The Cabinet of Ministers extended the adaptive quarantine until August 31, the principle of changing the gain of quarantine measures in the regions. Depending on the epidemiological situation and the risk of proliferation Covid-19 regions will be divided into 4 levels: “green”, “yellow”, “orange” or “red”. The rules for the quarantine are to consider not the number of cases and the dynamics of the disease Covid-19.
The corresponding decree “About establishment of the quarantine and the introduction of strengthened anti-epidemic measures in the territory with a high prevalence Covid-19” the government has taken a one-day completion on Wednesday.
The new regulation proposes to introduce from 1 to 31 August 2020. As explained by the Minister of health, Maxim Stepanov, it will regulate the establishment of quarantine on the territory of the country: depending on the epidemiological situation in a region and separate administrative territorial units-regions is “green”, “yellow”, “orange” or “red” level of danger of epidemic spread Covid-19.
The criteria for the distribution of regions into four zones remain the same. “The level of dissemination will be determined by automatic software based on specific algorithms and of the data collected and approved by the National Commission of emergency situations. Baseline monitoring is monitoring at the regional level indicators that are currently in use: the occupancy of beds not more than 50%, the average number of tests not less than 24 per 100 thousand population, the rate of detecting no more than 11% and the indicator of the growth of infections no more than 10%”, — he said.
In the “green area” will apply such restrictions, as a mask or a respirator in public buildings, mass events not more than one person is 5 sq. m, events in theaters or theaters with a fullness of 50%, passenger transportation — only within the seats. If the lights change five days in a row, the region is moving in the “yellow”, “orange” or “red,” the Minister added.
