The meeting considered hopeless.
The Kremlin said that I see no reason to hold a new summit of the Normandy Quartet. On Thursday, July 9, said the Deputy head of the presidential administration Dmitry Kozak.
“No reason to hold a new summit today, and when the current position of Ukraine in the foreseeable future just yet. The summit can only be provided if both of the decisions of previous summits,” said Kozak, noting that as of today, none of the agreements of the Paris summit are not met.
He also said that the statement of representatives of Ukraine about the fact that this summit is possible in the near future – attempts to wishful thinking.
As reported last week in Berlin took place negotiations of political advisors of the Normandy four leaders, which Kozak said that the parties approached the agreement on the project specific measures on the implementation of the truce in the Donbass.
