According to investigators, from September 2014 to April 2015 the woman repeatedly threatened the collectors demanded to repay the debts of her mother. Otherwise, the plaintiff promised to “cut the hand” and “sell the debt to the persons of the Chechen nationality”.
“They came and demanded repayment of the debt, put pressure on family ties, told the plaintiff that “you are the same blood”, so she has to repay debts of the mother, threatened that will cut off the hand, hinted that the plaintiff’s young child, and they can sell the debt to physical persons of the Chechen nationality,” gave the court the arguments of the injured party, reports RIA Novosti.
In court, the woman claimed to have experienced physical and moral suffering. Harm your health it has estimated in 500 thousand rubles. The Bank has not accepted the claim, stating that the staff behaved in accordance with the methods of working with customers with bad debts.
