It turned out that the greatest criticism in social networks has received three U.S. carriers: the low-cost airlines and Spirit Airlines Fronter Airlines and the largest airline in the world by number of passengers for American Airlines.
In addition, the list of most hated American, Delta and Allegiant Air, Cebu Pacific Philippine, Mexican VivaAerobus, the Australian Jetstar Airways, Hungarian low-cost Wizz Air carrier of Sri Lanka and SriLankan Airlines.
In turn, the most positive ratings from travelers received Korean Air (South Korea), the canadian airline Air North and tourism German carrier TUIfly. The top five most favorite companies were also the Portuguese TAP Portugal and the national carrier of France is Air France.
According to statistics, most complaints from passengers due to the delay or cancellation of flights and loss of baggage. In approximately five thousands of tweets passengers complained about the uncomfortable chairs or the weather. Almost 15 thousand messages contained profanity, and about 102 thousand — word “thanks”.
