Attenborough and the Queen – Kate Middleton channels sexy Lara Croft look on ITV programme
The programme, airing on ITV, will follow the Queen and he project which will see her plant protected forests across the Commonwealth.
The Queen will stroll through the gardens of Buckingham Palace, discussing climate change and also the Queen’s birthday gifts.
Many members of the Royal Family will be involved, including Prince Harry, Kate Middleton, 36, and Prince William, 35.
Kensington Palace tweeted: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince Harry will appear in The #QueensGreenPlanet documentary tonight @ITV at 9pm.
“In the programme The Queen and David Attenborough discuss forestry project @queenscanopy & we see some of the #CommonwealthCanopy projects TRH have visited.”
Kate Middleton and Prince William were sent to Canada to accept the offering of a huge part of the Canadian forest, donated to the Queen’s Commonwealth tree plans.
The enormous area spans over 15 million acres with more trees than all of Briton’s forests put together.
The forest will make up part of a global network of forests, which will be preserved under the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy.
William spoke at the event in Canada last year, and said: “The establishment of the canopy is a proud and unambiguous statement that the citizens of all Commonwealth countries believe that nature is fundamental.
Kate impressed many viewers when she joined in with her husband William and caught a huge fish with her bare hands.
A statement from the Queen on the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy website reads: “I have been especially touched by one such project, The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy, which has been proposed by Commonwealth countries wanting to harness their collective expertise and resources to protect the world’s forests.”
Kate impressively caught a huge fish with only her hands on the trip, which did not go unnoticed by viewers.
One wrote: “Kate Middleton catching a fish with her bare hands in a safari-looking jacket with a massive rock on her finger is an aesthetic.”
Another wrote: “Gotta love the life of Kate Middleton. Just dresses nicely and has babies while the entire free world trips over themselves keeping track.”
The official Twitter account posted an image of Kate Middleton looking chic in a khaki jacket, tight skinny jeans and brown boots with her husband in Canada.
It posted: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited The Great Bear Rainforest in Canada in 2016.
“The forest has been dedicated to the @queenscanopy in order to protect it for the future and for younger generations. #CommonwealthCanopy”
It was recently revealed that Meghan Markle, 36, will have a role in the Commonwealth alongside Prince Harry, 33.
